Duty of care
Environmental Protection Regulations
Environmental Protection Regulations state that all businesses have a duty of care to the environment and human health to manage waste responsibly and adhere to environmental legislation; businesses failing to do so can face hefty penalties.
With the organic sector becoming so vast and complex, it is paramount the waste operations do not fall foul of legislation which can in turn leave waste producers falling short in their duty of care.
Our company is fully aware of the responsibilities regarding waste, and the high level of service required throughout – from the booking of services, to auditing and processing, to its final end use – the entire process is fully compliant with legislation and is traceable at all times to ensure customer requirements are achieved, and all aspects of the duty of care are covered.
